expect an immediate response. We are a small family business and we
don't have employees standing by for customer service. However, we check our email daily.
If a product does not appear on this website, then we don't have it for sale. Sometimes new products will appear in our ads or catalogs before
we get them up on the website. If that is the case, be patient. We'll
get it done.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
If you have been given a Gift Certificate, you redeem it during checkout on the shipping/payment screen.
You will see the words "Gift Certificate", followed by a text box in which to type in your certificate number and a button that says "Redeem". Once you enter the number and click on the button, your certificate will be applied towards the total in your shopping basket. If the value
of your certificate is less than the total in your basket, you will need to pay the balance.
If the value of your certificate is more than the value in your basket, then the balance will remain and you will be able to use the same certificate number towards a later purchase. Be sure to note the expiration date on your Gift Certificate.
