Subject to the conditions stated below, within 30 days of delivery of a shipment you may request a return merchandise authorization
(RMA) for items you purchased from Cowboy Living Online for a
full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).
We will accept returns on Buckaroo Stoneware items only if
the items are chipped, broken or have significant glaze bubbles or glaze voids that cause the piece to be unserviceable. Our Buckaroo Stoneware was designed to look rustic. The glaze is hand applied and there should be variations in the color, streaks, freckles and glaze drips. This rustic look is difficult to achieve and should not be considered a flaw.
We will not accept returns of our Ranch Brands Glass Pitcher if the decals degrade. To protect from decal degradation,
we recommend hand washing our glassware, as stated in the care
instructions packaged with that product.
DO NOT SHIP DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN PRODUCTS BACK TO US, UNLESS REQUEST BY US. WE WILL ACCEPT PHOTOS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. You can mail or e-mail us photos of defective products for return verification.
All of our packages are insured. If the return is based on broken merchandise, you are required to keep the original packaging and the broken item(s) until verification of loss by the carrier for the insurance claim. You may also be required to take the original packaging and the broken items to your nearest UPS, USPS or FedEx facility for damage verification.
Unless otherwise agreed, we cannot accept returns received more than 60 days after issuance of the RMA number. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Cowboy Living Online. Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, the shipping costs will not be refunded. |
