Return Policy
Subject to the conditions stated below, within 30 days of delivery of a shipment you may request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for items you purchased from Cowboy Living Online for a refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).

DO NOT SHIP DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN PRODUCTS BACK TO US, UNLESS REQUESTED BY US. WE WILL ACCEPT PHOTOS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. You can mail or e-mail us photos of defective products for return verification.

All of our packages are insured. If the return is based on broken merchandise, unless we inform you otherwise, you are required to keep the original packaging and the broken item(s) until verification of loss by the carrier for the insurance claim. You may also be required to take the original packaging and the broken items to your nearest UPS, USPS or FedEx facility for damage verification.

Unless otherwise agreed, we cannot accept returns received more than 60 days after issuance of the RMA number. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Cowboy Living Online that are returned undamaged in original packaging. Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

If your return is not due to our error, the shipping costs will not be refunded and a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund.
